(skinny bitch style)
page 102 of the skinny bitch in the kitch cookbook (which is amazing, and i totally recommend you buy it!)
1/4 c refined coconut oil
1/2 c vegan creamer
1/4 c vegan parmesian cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
melt coconut oil over medium heat. when its almost melted, whisk in creamer, increase the heat to medium high and bring to a simmer. Whisk in parmesian, pepper, and salt. Cover & set aside.

this alfredo sauce is so delicious, my very carnivorous husband LOVES it! I am going to use some "un chicken" and bake it with cayenne pepper to go along with the alfredo. I am using organic green spinach alfredo noodles, and tomato slices as well. this is a delicious meal that any person can enjoy- and it is SO HEALTHY! :)
